I recently had my vehicle repaired as the result of a collision at Gerber in Longwood. This week actually, 19 July 2022. The process began with my phoning for an appointment to have an estimate completed. The initial phone interaction was outstanding. The Gerber folks assisted with every detail to include having the rental car folks pick me up at the time of repair. Their courteousness and professionalism throughout, made the entire process painless. They were obvious in their efforts to make it all easy for me by providing an unparalled level of service.
