We went around and got 3 different quotes and chose Gerber because they agreed to have our body work complete in a week. We needed a fast turn around because we were moving into a new home. I was extremely satisfied with the work and expediency of the repair. I would recommend any of our friends here!

Tim Thomas was my Allstate claims adjuster. He was very professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions and was very punctual with my appointment time. I was very pleased. Jesse S. the customer service representative was EXCELLENT!! She went above and beyond for me and my needs. She made sure I was getting the best care for my car.

From the very start I noticed the place was clean, well lit, plenty of seating and the employees were extremely friendly and informative. I was so happy that the "leftover paint" was used to touch up additional scratches (on my rear bumper) to the point where I cannot tell I've even been hit there! Thank you so very much!! My insurance gave me the names of several repair centers in area. My son-in-law had some repairs done by Gerber and said he was well pleased and highly recommended them. Because I needed no adjuster I just dropped my car off. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, the repair is excellent, and was done in the timeframe quoted to me. Thank you! I give them 5 stars!

This is the first time I use a corporate collision repair company to get my car repaired, and I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber. They were very friendly and willing to help. The manager even called me when my car was ready to explain the work that had been done. Their customer relationship management is absolutely outstanding for such a large company. I will definetly reccommend Gerber to my friends, family, and colleagues in the future.

Even though my vehicle is still in the shop as of 2/17/16, I know it will be a 1st class job! The staff is wonderful and answered any questions I had with a smile and efficiency!!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else if something ever happens again! Great job to them all!
