From the moment I brought in my car for repairs, I felt confident and at ease. They were professional and took time to explain everything they were going to do. When I picked up my car today they took time with me to make sure I was pleased with the repairs and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with the results and service of Gerber in Elmwood!!! They were quick and efficient and do great work and provided great customer service ! My overall experience was great!!! Molly and Jordan were great and went out of the way to make sure my car was ready even staying late so that I didn't have to wait an additional 3 days!!!

The insurance compaany anticipated 21 days for the repair but they fixed my car in 10! It was very well done and it looked even better than before. The gave great after care instructions and provided great customer service. Everyone was friendly and I dont know if it is normal but they even stayed open later so I could pick my car up the exact day I dropped off my rental. It was perfectly aligned!

I had an absolutely positive experience with my car repairs at Gerber in Kenner Louisiana. I am not only pleased with the repairs that were made, I was very impressed with the office staff and how I was continually updated on the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my car, the manager came out and talked to me which made my experience feel more personal. I would highly recommend Gerber in Kenner Louisiana on 22nd St.

Service was great from the second we walked in to the day we picked up our Subaru, bonus surprise it was washed! Our repair took three days! Wonderful! We will highly recommend Gerber to anyone!
