The front office staff was very helpful and friendly and our estimator Charles Coats was a pleasure to work with. We had an issue with our vehicle and were leaving for a road trip and Clint Galentine was a very nice associate who helped us fix the issue with the cover of our truck in a quick and efficient matter or time! We were able to enjoy our weekend getaway and have the truck in perfect condition!

I just wanted to thank all staff and personnel at Gerber Collision in Lutz branch off of Wesley Chapel Blvd, Florida for expediting repairs to my car. They were very helpful. I especially want to thank Justin, Sean, and Charlie for their diligence, attention to detail, and trust. I am very happy I had my car over the weekend and was able to get my car back in 2 days. The staff was very responsive to all of my needs. I am very satisfied.

I meant to mention to Tim that I got a call from my sister-in-law who lives in Wesley Chapel, just north of here while I was in the process of making the reservations and Gerber came up. She said she just had her car fixed at your local shop and couldn't say enough good thing about the staff and service. She said she'll never go any place else! She is very, very picky and a chronic complainer. Your guys must have really performed... a miracle! Just though you should know.

Last April my car was involved in a collision; I was hit in the rear and the trunk of my Toyota Prius was relocated into the back seat. I did not know of any reputable repair centers and asked Toyota of Wesley Chapel (where I had purchased the car) to recommend someone. They recommended Master Collision and that is when I met Tim Ingram. From the very first time I spoke with him on the phone I felt that I could trust Tim. He was reassuring and sympathetic and I felt like my car was in good hands. When I dropped off the car he took the time to inspect every inch of the car with me and constantly kept me updated on the progress of the work and the status of the claim with the insurance company. I did not have to spend countless hours trying to chase him down; every call was returned promptly and every question I had answered to my ... satisfaction. When the work was done and I picked up my car, it looked as if it had never been in an accident. The paint was matched precisely and the work flawless. Even when I had some minor issues a few months after the repairs, Tim was accommodating and had me bring the car right in. Again, he took the time to inspect the issues with me and resolved them within 24 hours. It’s rare to find someone honest and with such integrity in this business; he is a find.
