I would like to give a 10 to the crew at Gerber collision. Vans Alcain, Kept me informed every step of the way and was truly a pleasure to deal with as he explained where we were at with repairs. The crew at Lynnwood WA Laurie, Tim, Scott, Mel... all deserve 10 as well... They were all pleasant to deal with and made me feel very confident that I was dealing with a top notch out fit.

I had a horrible experience with the insurance company during the past two months trying to get my car fixed. If it were not for the outstanding customer service provided by Vans Alcain and Laurie, the receptionist at the Lynnwood Gerber location, I would have pulled my hair out. Vans' follow through with all my requests and those of the insurance company were thorough and done in a timely manner. I really appreciated his carrying approach and appreciation for the level of frustration I was feeling from the lack of cooperation and support I was receiving from the insurance company.

I recently had my vehicle read ended by another driver here in Seattle, WA. I reported the accident to your Auto Claims staff and asked for their recommendation on their to take my vehicle to get damage estimates and eventual repairs done. Consequently, the other driver admitted fault for the accident and volunteered to pay for the repair. I went to two of the Collision Repair companies that your staff referred me to and received two estimates. The purpose of this letter is to commend the Gerber Collision and Glass company in Lynnwood. The Gerber staff members were outstanding in every way! Very professional and competent and friendly... and their repair work was GREAT!! Above all, their price was very, very fair especially compared to the other estimate I received (provided by another collision repair company that I was told does ... extensive work for USAA)! TJ Holsworth at the Lynnwood, WA, branch was my customer care representative. He took very good care of me and the team did a great job on repair. In fact, TJ called me before the insurance agent to let me know that liability had been accepted, as well as arranged for my rental through Enterprise. Only once did he not call me when he said he would, but he made sure to let me know the options available to me for picking up my car. He also offered to stay later to wait if I wasn't too far away. I was also amazed with the detailing done to my car, as well as the offer to hand wash if I was unable. Being apartment dwellers, this is a HUGE benefit! Also, I was in and out each time I stopped by, and my convenience and schedule was always top priority, as well as safety when doing the repairs. Thank you for doing a great job!!!!
