I was recommended to go to Gerber by my insurance company because, I didn't want to go back to the dealer. I must say I was very pleased with customer service and the work that was done to my car including the vacuuming on the inside. I would recommend their service!

These guys do excellent work! I brought my car in for repairs on the top and both sides of the car from a branch falling on it. Gale was prompt and courteous with setting up my appointments and rental car. Todd was outstanding with his attention to detail and professionalism in handling the actual repairs. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final job. I would definitely go back for more work and recommend it to anyone!

They were great every step of the way! From the estimate to repairs, to even calling enterprise for me the day I dropped my car off! I will MOST def use them agian and they were finished early! Told me it would be 2weeks but it was 3days! Thanks Gerber you guys ROCK!!!!

This is the second time that I've had my car repaired at Gerber Collision and Glass in College Park. The work that they do is exceptional - the car looks great. In addition all the people who work there are helpful, responsive, and generally wonderful to work with. They kept me up to date on the progress that was being done on the repairs and the day/time they indicated it would be completed it was. If I have to have damage repaired, I can't think of a better place to have it done!

Turnaround time was week sooner than originally estimated. I was either called, emailed or texted daily with updates. CSR person, Taylor was great and very professional! I will certainly use Gerber again but hoping I will never have too.

The service I received was absolutely awesome. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and overall wonderful personality. I received up to date information as my vehicle was being repaired. Which helped to ease my mind in a very stressful situation. My car was done earlier than the expected date and looked spectacular when I picked it up. I am very happy with service I received. I would definitely refer anyone to Gerber.

They were patient understanding offer tips and help me understand the whole process of getting my car repaired when it was not my fault about how I got damaged they even help me with the rent a car and gave me detail tips about how to keep my car better those guys are more than the top 10 and they care need more customer service everywhere like them that's rare to find in today's customer retail where they care about the customer more than what's on the screen of the corporation thank you for restoring my car my family thank you cuz it's the mode of our income and be safe prospering God bless

Ronnie, my collision expert, went way beyond the call of duty, and extended his "olive branch " to my family, and paid off all the deductible, when the other insurance would not pay any of the deductible, and were very uncooperative, and did not care less. I didn't have the money to pay the deductible because, I had understood, that the insurance company of the man who damaged my car would take care of this, for they were liable. This very nice company made my experience fill me with gratitude and praise for how Gerber Collision handled my case. I owe them a fruit basket in appreciation for their hard work, and caring for our needs!
