I had the best experience with Elena and Don. They were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. I would like to especially point out how Elena went out of her way and came in on a Saturday (when they are closed) to allow me to pick up my vehicle. She took the time on her day-off to help me get my vehicle because I was unable to get there on the Friday before prior to closing. The work they did on my vehicle looks spectacular and I could not be more pleased. Also, when I was getting ready to leave, my car would not start (an issue that Gerber was not responsible for). An employee (Rafael) noticed I was having some troubles with my vehicle and gave me a jump to get me on my way. Thank you Rafael for taking the time and asking if I needed any help.

From beginning to end, I was very impressed with Gerber's service. All phone calls were returned in a timely fashion. The information provided by texting was fantastic. The people who I spoke with were very courteous and helpful. And, most importantly, the quality of the work was A+. My never looked so good, except when it was brand new (it is now 13 years old). I would definitely recommend Gerber to my colleagues.

Excellent service team. From start to finish everyone was friendly, professional and proficient. I was notified as my vehicle moved through the repair process. And my vehicle was ready earlier then promised. My car was returned not only repaired but sparkling clean. Not only was I pleased with the quality of the work done but so was my husband; who is very particular about our cars. Then the team topped it off but making my rental car drop off a breeze. Will definitely recommend their services.
