From day one the entire staff was excellent and explained everything to me. They promised to call every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on my car and they did. On the day that my car was ready, Kris was kind enough to come and pick me up from my home and bring me to the shop. Again I would like to say your staff is truly a asset to your company. In terms of my car, it looks completely brand new. Thank you for your service and if the need be, I would recommend or return for service myself. Thank you.

This is the third time we have used Gerber. We are always EXTREMELY impressed by your professional operation. Staff was GREAT! They were extremely friendly and helpful! I was kept up to date o a fault. Car arrived ahead of schedule. Folks stayed half hour late to allow us to pick it up! Car looked like new! Extremely happy with Gerber! I previously had work done (paint the roof) on my vehicle in 2014, which was not a good experience. I notice the paint was bubbling, so I called and spoke with Amber Y. Ms. Y. was very professional, and friendly on the phone, and scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in. Mr. Brandon T. & Mr. Eric G. took great care of me with their professionalism, assuring a rental will be waiting for me when I drop off my vehicle. I was very frustrated with the insurance company at fault, but the staff at Gerber was very nice and supportive. I was given an estimate immediately and the car was fixed in 24 hours. The car had been vacuumed and polished when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the job they did and very happy with their attitude and professionalism toward me. The car looks great!

Amber and Eric were exceptional with their customer service skills. I like their mannerism. Both were on key (but not an over-kill) on trying to make sure that I was taken care of. They are on the front line and approaching someone with their stamina that early in the morning is what's needed. Great Job! (Brandon from Geico is wonderful)

Everyone was kind and helpful to me. Mary was so bright and cheerful., as was the person who took care of me when I brought my car in. The repair people even went the extra mile! Somehow, I had lost the fog light cover in my front grill. I had obtained a new one from Toyota, but didn't know how I'd get it put in place. The repair people did it for me cheerfully. THANK YOU!
