I got my car back a lot faster than I expected, and Taylor was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed. I wasn't sure what to expect since I've never needed repairs before, but everything went surprisingly smooth and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much!

Just want to thank all the crew there at Gerber, Jesse, Harry and Larry. They did a great job an went the extra mile by checking my window which wasn't working properly. It wasn't part of the original job but they made the effort and fixed my wife's car window, the fuse was just a little out of place. A big thanks to all of you there including the people we didn't get to meet. Have a great weekend guys.

My experience with Gerber was outstanding. The staff at Gerber was highly professional and courteous. The staff seemed very eager to make sure as a customer that i was totally assured and satisfied. They kept me informed of every detail from the beginning to the end regarding the repairs that were being made to my car, and they made sure i understood every step along the way. The staff at your Jessup Gerber store are a representation of what you would expect out of a 5 star bussiness. If i had to have any collision or glass repairs done in the future, i would without a second thought, choose the Jessup Gerber shop for those repairs. I have never been more pleased with a repair shop than with Gerber (Jessup), and if i am ever asked for a refferal to a great repair shop from my friends and family, I would highly reccomend your Jessup Gerber ... shop. read more

they did a great job, fixing my car. it was done under the estimate and finished sooner than i thought. they also replaced the pin stripe on the other side of the car, to match what they just put on. it was also cleaned and ready for pick up . the people there were very friendly and helpful.

Kelly and Taylor where really GREAT!!!! I came into the shop the other day bright and early in the morning without an appointment and they were so helpful. They got my estimate and vehicle fixed by the end of the very same day!!!! I was very appreciative of their professionalism and response to my needs, They were the best and thanks again, I look forward to coming back again BUT I hope I don't have too!!!! LOL

My car was damaged due to an individual hitting me from behind. Insured individual contacted her insurance company, GEICO. I was contacted within 24 hours by and scheduled for repairs. I was old that the repairs would take two days and was provided a loaner. My car was ready on time and company did a good job.

Everyone was so nice and fast. I came in, they called me a rental, took my keys, gave me a donut, made me smile with a very lame joke, inspected my car with me, all with in about 10 mins. I was able to get to work very fast. Special thanks to the two women up front and Kris from the back.
