Over the past 2 years I have had two of my vehicles at Gerber Collision and both times it was very pleasant experience. Most recently I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and the repairs were done ahead of schedule and I had my car back in less than 1 week. The text messages and phone calls I received were very helpful and overall I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends and family. Thank You,

Everyone was so nice! Service was great and quick. The two ladies at the Front Desk were great!! They constantly kept in contact with me through text about the status of my car. The whole process was very smooth and good. My car was finished faster than expected. Even the car rental process was very very good Mike did a good job.

I just have to say that the customer service was A+ top notch. Not only was my car returned to me washed, vacuumed and in perfect condition, the staff members are kind, funny, attentive and personable. And to add the cherry on top, they went above and beyond to offer me services (free of charge) after our business was completed. I have had several car accidents which required body work to my vehicles but NO other company has been so gracious and kind. Thank you Gerber!! I am a customer for life.

The staff was friendly and helpful during every interaction. I was given regular updates about my car throughout the repair process and the job was finished early. An unexpected bonus was my car was vacuumed before I picked it up! This is my third time going to Gerber Collision and Glass. I plan to remain a loyal customer.
