Service was fast and courteous. I appreciate that staff remembered I had asthma triggered by chemical fumes such as paint from their body shop. They helped me out by bringing all of the paperwork outside so that I could avoid an asthma attack when I picked up the car.

I bought a brand new Chevy SS and within 500 miles, scraped the left rear quarter panel. Very upsetting, but the team did a great job and restored the car to new - looks great! Additionally, I had them change out the Chevy Bowtie for some Holden emblems (GM Holden Australia makes the Chevy SS) and they were willing to do the work and it came out perfectly.

Excellent customer service!!! Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. Someone contacted almost everyday to give me an update on my car. It's very rare to find a company where everyone that works there is kind, courteous and professional. The body work on my car was great. You couldn't even tell that I had an accident. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you.

After suffering one of the worst experiences of my life, having a deer jump in front of my brand new, 12-day old, 70mph-cruising 2014 convertible Camaro, I enjoyed one of the nicest experiences of my life with Gerber. Matt E. was masterful from the moment he first called me. He set my mind at ease and he delivered everything he said he would. The team that put my car back together perfectly I consider godlike; the car looked as if the accident never happened. Plus, all along Matt kept in touch giving me updates. He made me feel very important and he and the whole staff truly helped me through the crisis. I literally bowed on bended knee to Gerber after seeing the car all fixed. I plan to reward all involved. I can't state firmly enough how satisfied, overwhelmingly pleased, I am with Gerber and Matt's handling of my car. I'd like to think ... I'm the most satisfied customer on Earth, but I suppose mine is not the only car these fine folks have returned to glory.
