This is my second experience with the Gaithersburg, MD Gerber shop, and the staff continues to amaze me with their superior customer service and attention to detail. For example, the car was returned to me SEVERAL days before its scheduled return! Excellent craftsmanship is standard with this shop. This is the ONLY autobody repair facility that I will take my cars! They are tops to be sure!!

The car looks great, the estimate was completed quickly and accuratly, service dept called me everyother day with an update, when I picked up the car Al Barrett reviewed exactly what was done on the car and answered all my questions including the life time warranty. I will recomend Gerber to my friends for glass and collision repair.

I had seen the business in my area for quite sometime. i wasn't sure how good the work would be on my car. when my car was broken into and the handle on the drivers side was broken along with not being able to open the car door, i wanted to take the car to a close location for repair. i decided to take my car to Gerber collision. I can say that i am so glad that i did. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the repair on my car only took 24 hours. i didn't even have time to enjoy the rental i was driving because the repair for so fast. they even cleaned the car inside and out. i am glad to write this review for all to see.if you have any doubts at all about taking your car there for repair, know that you will be very satisfied with there work. i am recommending gerber collision to everyone that i know. thank you Gerber Collision ... read more

I typically go to a collision center at a dealer and am often disappointed in the amount of time the repair takes and the quality of the repair as well. I'm SOOO glad I took the time to research the other recommended repair providers and give Gerber a chance after seeing the awesome reviews. Though I was a little disappointed initially when the earliest day available to start was a week out, they explained that they obtain parts, etc during that time, which ended up saving me a lot of money on rental costs. From the moment I came in for the initial estimate to the time I brought my vehicle in for the actual repair to the time it was ready for pickup, the service was impeccable and personal. It was a pleasure to work with the people at Gerber Collision & Glass. My car sustained damage to the driver's door and left front fender. It was easy to make an appointment to have my car brought to the one-stop business. When I brought my car in I was promptly met by an employee at the check-in desk where I filled out some paper work. Next, the insurance adjuster looked at the damage with me. Finally, I was escorted to the attached Enterprise rental car business to pick up my rental car. Everything was extremely convenient. Additionally, everyone was super polite, business-like, friendly and professional. Later the same day I was able to get an estimate of repair costs and the length of time for the repairs to be made. Al B. worked on my van and did an superb job repairing the damage - looks brand new. He also detailed my van thoroughly cleaning the inside and outside as an extra bonus for me, free of charge. Representatives were very pleasant and helpful. "Al" was very attentive, informative, and very detailed in his explanation of what I should expect. When picking up my vehicle, the customer service he provided exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the staff. Will recommend to others.

I really enjoy my experience with Gerber Collision. Great customer service. The person that kept in contact with me the entire time thru every step of the way AL B. He continually went out his way to get me a accurate answer.. Great place. Great employees.. I will be back.. (Knock on wood) lol God forbid my car is damaged again lol.
