I must say that I have never been more impressed with an auto repair shop than with the Gerber/Laurel facility. When I picked up the vehicle upon repair, I noticed that the car looked better than the day I picked up the used car back in 2010. They took time to do many extra things such as cleaning the interior, buffing out minor scratches, polishing the headlight lenses, etc. On a scale of Ten, I would give Gerber/Laurel Repair Shop a 10+. I highly recommend them for auto body repairs. Gary Thomas

5 stars!!!! I was so happy with the service and the over all work on my car I had done here after an accident I was in. I would come back again and highly recommend this location to other people. The workers were extremely genuine and helpful,totally about customer satisfaction. Thank you Gerber Collision for a wonderful experience. Satisfied customer.

The service was fast and beyond great. Al is awesome, not only did he make my car look brand new in the outside he made my baby look beautiful in the inside. The staff kept me update to the status and in the day I was suppose to pick my jeep up, I was called that morning to tell me they weren't "satisfied" yet, so to hold up in pick up. Yes I would recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately it would be sure to an adviser of some type, but nonetheless they are a superior team.

Cynthia was very professional and knowledgable with helping me schedule my repairs. Excellent customer service, she had me in and out quickly. She called the insurance company and verified I was covered and if I had to pay a deductible or not.

From the moment I arrived at Gerber, everyone were very courteous and professional. I was contacted once my vehicle was brought into the shop for repairs. I was called several times and given updates. I was called on Friday and advised they were awaiting the vent shades for my truck and was offered to pickup my truck on Friday so I could have it for the weekend or wait until everything was completed. I chose to wait but appreciated the offer. When I picked up my truck, they explained what was done and my truck was cleaned, inside and out. I would definitely return to Gerber and would refer Gerber to others.

Gerber Collision has done a great job on my body work of my vehicle ... Last but not least AL is Great with customer service. . Gerber also kept me up to date with the process of the status of my vehicle. I recommend Gerber for repairs to a vehicle for repairs. Thanks Again Gerber Collision.

After some of the most troublesome times for us in the Gillespie family specifically involving this car accident, we have determined that one of the key ingredients for us to solve this traumatic time of distress was the always prompt help and assistance given by Gerber and specially Alex M. for which we would like to say thank you very much. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for going the extra mile in order to assure your customer that everything would conclude well. Gerber as a whole and again Alex was always responsive, always answered our questions, and explained what would otherwise have been a confusing and mystifying process to us. But he really went beyond the call of duty when he met with us in person to hand deliver our family vehicle we desperately needed. It was great to put a face to the name, too.
