I would like to thank everyone at the shop including the Geico lady for helping me out. I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to match the color of my car, but it came out very nicely. It's a 2007 Nissan 350z, but it's new to me and I want to keep it in the same condition as when I bought it. The entire experience was fast and easy. I went in to the body shop for my appointment and they were waiting for me. They even had the rental there for me. I am a very happy customer.

Everyone was so pleasant to talk with and upfront with all the information that I needed to know. I have never had this wonderful experience dealing with any business in my past. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. My truck was repaired before time expected and the truck looked as good as when I bought it and the paperwork was done quickly. My truck came back to me cleaner than I had left it and I felt like I was driving off in a new truck again. Thanks again for taking care of my baby with such great care.

"This was my second experience with the people and services at Gerber in Gambrills, MD. I simply can not say enough about the experiences! From the first phone call to making the appointment until the final credit card payment, each and every employee with whom I interacted was professional and right on target with what they would do, when they would do it and that they'd be in touch regularly all along the way. They were true to their words and actually had my car repaired before the predicted date. In addition, it was washed in and out and - incredibly - a small "abrasion" on the other side of the car was noticed and attended to - without any cost...just care. Now where on earth these days do you find folks with a work ethic like this!!! I totally recommend them for anything, any time. And, they made working with the car ... rental company a breeze. Mr. Erculiani was exceptional in his concern and professionalism. they treated me like I was an important part of the family and I really appreciated that so much.
