I had my vehicle serviced there several times and was satisfied with the finished results everytime. I would recommand anyone to try them out. I promise you will be happy. "The service I received from True2Form in Laurel, and especially from you, is truly one of the best experiences I've had with any store/organization. From the moment I first spoke to the scheduler to make my first appointment to the moment that my work was complete, I was received with great customer service, courtesy, willingness to help, very nice personnel who all greeted me with a smile (even the techs who didn't work with me), and very knowledgeable folks willing to answer all my questions. You especially were awesome! Superb customer service skills, excellent personal communication, showing confidence in how you present yourself and your company yet always providing a friendly smile that allowed me to feel very comfortable, and a knowledge base that obviously made you the "go to" guy in your shop -- you had it all! ... And what really impressed me was that you treated me like I was your only customer and my time is very valuable. I noticed that when I was waiting for the new part to be installed onto my Honda, and you kept checking to see how I was doing and finding out how much longer I would have to wait. I was very impressed. I'm sure you love your job, but I wouldn't be surprised if you were snatched for another higher-level job with more responsibility that takes advantage of your leadership skills. Yes I do I am so happy that I've taken my car to True2Form First I want to point out how helpful the people there are Second having enterprize car rental right there in the same building was a God sent . The car accident was very upsetting to me by me having Geico car insurance who recomented True2Form for my car repair has made things for me easier too deal with .'

I took my Honda Fit Sport to True2Form on North Point Road in Dundalk Md. How refreshing to deal with a professional personable very accommodating team. I was given a ride home since I had no use for a rental car. I was emailed the cost of the repair. Kristen called to keep me apprised of the status of my Fit and the repair was completed one day early. Ray came to pick me up in my car as I had no available transportation to the shop. My Fit is a beauty again! All shined up. I cannot tell where the damage was. The inside of the car was vacuumed & dusted. Terrific job everyone. Thanks much.'
