Im extremely happy with my recent experience with True2Form in March 2011 at your Crofton Maryland location. Jennifer Messer handled my claim and did an excellent job. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional and keep me updated on my repairs. I was able to get my van back in less than a week and the bodywork and paint job were perfect... they even cleaned the inside of my van! Their attention to detail was amazing and I'm so happy with the repairs. I was unable to access the web site on-line survey for the repair of my vehicle…both for the previous and new repairs done by the College Park True2Form shop. Please accept this as my customer satisfaction survey. Since I could not access the survey, I have no idea what the questions on the survey are relating to the Likert type rating scale, but I will assume 1 – 10 denotes customer satisfaction with 10 being completely or extremely satisfied. Good Morning, A few months ago I had to bring my car into True To Form ( College Park) because someone hit my car. Your team made everything very easy for me. Your adjuster ( I cannot remember her name, short, very friendly) was very kind and explained everything to me and made everything easy. Ashley- was very kind, professional and flexible. Rosa- Very kind, stayed late ( because I was stuck in traffic and at the rental agency) so I could get my car. The staff who repaired my car very kind. Hopefully I will not have to return to True 2 Form because of an accident, but if I have to I know that I will be treated fairly, with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for assembling such an awesome staff of people.
