Jerry G. is the manager that handled the damages to my vehicle. Jerry was absolutely amazing at keeping me updated on the collision damage. He literally saved me from paying a single penny out of pocket. My insurance company was planning to have me pay the deductible as well as all costs for a rental car while the repairs were being performed. Due to the nature of the accident, Jerry informed me that all costs and the rental car should be incurred by the other persons insurance company. He was absolutely correct in his assessment of which I insisted that my insurance company review the Michigan no fault laws governing the type of accident my vehicle was involved in. They did a very nice job of keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They texted me regularly and also called twice a week just to let me know when the expected finish time was. They were also very speedy in getting the parts in for my vehicle.

I enjoy driving it again. Before it was worked on, people would glance my way. Makes a person feel bad when accident wasn't my fault.
