Gerber's customer service was outstanding. They were very courteous, and communicative throughout the process and showed concern towards their customers. The repair work was of very high quality, and my car looks good as new. This is my 3rd time in bringing my car to them over the years for repairs, and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

I am so grateful to everyone at Gerber Collision! They assured me that my car would be repaired in a timely manner while still making sure to follow safety guidelines. They sent regular text messages letting me know what was going on, and they were great at communicating if they needed any more information from me. I had my car back in less than 2 weeks which seems unheard of for collision repair. They even cleaned my car for me before I picked it up! Thank you for your time, thoughtfulness, and getting me back in my car!

The office staff was polite and efficient. I especially like the bi-weekly feedback from Spencer concerning my repairs. When I asked for a couple of things to look at if possible, it got done. I would highly recommend their service.

Wow! Julie P. had provided us a phenomenal customer service experience today. I came by today with my 3 kids for an estimate on our 4runner and everything worked out perfectly. She answered all my questions and provided a written estimate for my husband who couldn't be there. I am glad I came to this shop and was able to work with Julie.
