They always treat me with the Best Service available, I think of them as my Family, Summer and Stephanie were wonderful, I see that Stephanie is new to this location because she wasn't there when I was there a few months back, her updates and messages she left me made me feel like she really cared about me and my car it was a pleasure. I will be back there for sure if there services are needed in the future..

In a event where someone had hit my car, I had to get it fixed. I went to other shops, and they all told me I could'nt get my car in for atleast 3 weeks to a month. That to me pretty much said they didnt want my business. My State Farm Agent pointed me to Gerber. She refered me because they did a great job on her paint. I called gerber and explained what was going on. They told me to bring it in for a estimate as soon as I could. Brought it in Saturday morning, got the quote. And They felt that my hood was way too much of a safety issue to be driving. I told them I didnt have the coverage for a rental and I had plans through out the morning. I needed a car. They got me into a rental car, on their dime for the day. Not many companys will do this. I felt they put 110% into me as a customer. I heard back from them on Monday afternoon about ... the car. They said they would have it done by Tuesday afternoon. I was greatful that my car was able to be fixed within 3 days. Most shops estimated a week or more. They did a great job. I also had some after marklet things installed that they did a very good job on. At very low cost to me. They went above and beyond for me. And I will refer people to this shop. I delt with Summer, who is great at her job. She has great customer service and I will be returning if I need anything else in the future. read more

I was referred to GErber in Marysville by a friend. Very satisfied with quality of professionalism from my first telephone contact to picking up my vehicle. Staff was caring, efficient and kept every promise they made. Repair excellent. Would recommend to anyone!
