We don't live to far from their shop but when I had no way to pick up our vehicle they went out of their way to deliver it to our home. Chris and all other staff that we dealt with was outstanding. I just pick up my car from Gerber at Smokey Point. I must say I am totally pleased. Customer service was fabulous. The quality of work done is excellent. I highly recommend them.heck they even fixed my cigarette lighter.

I was very impressed with the concern they had when I pointed out what I thought something that may have been overlooked. It was not ,but they let show them and used a ruler and explain the difference of the leaf spring and I was giving a complete further check of alignment and proper control of vehicle after repair and it ended up to be better than new. The control and drift was gone. Also the paint match was better than factory as far as finish" orange peel" effect was none ,but factory had very minor "orange peel".To top it off the repair was done fast and it came with a complete detail that would of cost 300.00 at a detail shop. I felt so good from the customer service and makes me want to give service to my customers because now I know what it feels like to get such service I want to share it at that level they ... provided me. They made a bad thing good. They found good in the bad. From front office to the quality craftsmen in shop what a team .Super bowel winners of the body shops. Thanks Team. read more

My experience with Gerber Collision in Marysville was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! From the initial estimate (which was right on target) to the actual repair, everyone was very professional and did an outstanding job. In addition, they were able to complete the repairs in 1/2 of the time (saving me money on a rental car). I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean - inside and out - my car was when it was finished. My thanks to Chris R. and his team for such outstanding service - I will highly recommend Gerber Collision to my family and friends!

WOW! Exceptional customer service!! I have dealt with the Marysville Gerber Collision & Glass twice in the last week and I must say that the Marysville location was able to turn two horrible accidents into two WONDERFUL customer service experiences. Let's face it...nobody likes having to take their car into a shop because that usually means you were in an accident, and from past experiences at other shops, it means I won't be seeing my car for weeks and won't be hearing much from my estimator. Christopher R. was my estimator and really proved me wrong. Not only did Christopher completely change my point of view on collision shops, but he exceeded any and all the expectations I had. The first time my car went into the shop I had calls daily from Christopher letting me know the status of my car. If I wasn't able to catch the call, I ... either had a voicemail or email keeping me up to date on the progress. My car was finished within 2 days which was even shorter than what I was originally told; this was even more impressive since the original time Chris told me was short enough. When I got my car back it looked absolutely flawless. The work the guys did at the Marysville Gerber was unbelievable, I felt my car looked better than when I drove it home from the dealership a year ago! Unfortunately, the same night I had my car returned home from the shop, an extremely crazy wind storm put a tree branch through my windshield within a few hours of it being home. You can only imagine how upsetting this was. Devastated that my shiny, beautiful car was in bad shape yet again, I got in contact with Christopher, my estimator from the other day. He immediately gave me sympathy which reminded me why I called Gerber right off the bat...this company has the right kind of employees! He offered to have someone come out to my work which was so convenient for me and he set the whole thing up, once again exceeding my expectations in all aspects. Just to see if Gerber was as amazing as I truly felt, I did some shopping around and got a total of SEVEN other quotes from around the Snohomish/King County area. Not ONE quote even came close to the extremely affordable and reasonable quote that Christopher provided me. Today was the day that their glass company came to my work to fix my car. A man named Brian showed up at my work from USA Glass and was so extremely polite and friendly. Not only did he sympathize with me on the unfortunate situation, but he assured me he would have my car done within 45 minutes to an hour and I would have a car ready to drive by my lunch hour. Brian finished the job in 30 minutes and made my life just that much easier. Brian was very professional and his positive approach once again proved to me that Gerber only hires the best. I usually don't give such specific feedback like this, I know this was a long read. But these days great service either isn't received at customer service related companies, or those that do give great customer service aren't recognized. I really want to highlight Christopher from Marysville for all that he helped me accomplish this past week. It's rare to feel valued as a customer...Christopher and Brian from USA Glass did just that, they valued me. Gerber, you ROCK!!! THANK YOU!! read more

If the rest of this process goes as smooth as the initial check in I will be very happy.
