The customer service and the actual repairs were outstanding. They gave me an estimate for the cost, and I was expecting a much higher price once they were done. To my great surprise they charged me exactly what they had told me originally. Alan Teasley kept me updated on a daily basis on how the repairs were going. Very professional and pleasant. My car looked brand new once they were done. I will recommend Gerber to every one I know.

They did a great job repairing my car! The car was in and out quickly. The body man that repaired it did a great job because The dent was in a crease and I was afraid you would be able to tell. The paint guy matched the paint . You can 't even tell It was dented.

Repairs on my Volkswagen were excellent and performed quickly to make the car look like new. They even coordinated radio repair and washed and vaccumed the car. All employees were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. Fran provided daily updates and even stayed late so that I could pickup the vehicle after work. The young lady name Fran was great! She made me feel welcome over the phone and in person. She is nice and very helpful. Gerber did an excellent job on my 2010 Honda. It looks just the same with I drove it off the Honda Lot! And on top of that, they even wash and vaccumed my car....That was a total surprise..Now that is Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!
