I could NOT believe how fast they worked my car, AND when I couldn't pick up due to other pressing appointments all week after work they delivered my car AND took the rental back for me! Talk about service!!! You just don't see that anymore! Chris, my tech, was in constant contact with me via text messages. We dropped the car off on Sunday night, Chris gave a finish date of Thurs., then called me on Tuesday afternoon saying it was ready! TWO DAYS! That's it! TWO! And looking at my bill I believe that was a very good price for the repairs required! We also used Gerber Collision when my husband's car was hit. That was a different shop and was wonderful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs auto body repair work done! Check out the damage! Now it looks PERFECT!

I got my Jetta 2012 repaired and painted at Gerber. This team, Kelly, Justin and Fran including the paint/repair guy is 100% professional, fast and care about attention to detail and perfection. I would like to share that from the min. I walked into the shop it was a very pleasant experience and everyone was very professional. Starting with Fran at the front desk to the service writer Tim right on up to the mgr. and the rest of the office staff. Everything went as they told me and the work was like I thought it would be . Staff was helpful at every point. They understood confusion that was possible when one's vehicle is damaged - they worked by explaining in detail all the parts involved in the process to restore the car. The Estimator Kelly, kept me constantly informed of progress. After the car repairs were complete, Kelly did the test drive herself before releasing the car back to me the car's owner.
