Fran and Leah were so helpful in working with my insurance to have my car towed in for autobody and glass work after the hurricane. The damage was unimaginable to me. It was parked, after all! Lol. They didn't mind my constant calls to check on the progress. It was so difficult to try and live like normal without my car, and both of these women were readily available to update me and prompt to call back when I left a message. I got my car back Wednesday and it looks wonderful. Just like it did before the storm. Even runs a bit cleaner :) I 100% appreciate the quality work and exceptional customer care given by this shop. I am so glad I asked around and they were the most highly rated by friends, co-workers and family. So happy to have my car back. Thank you !!!

Great service through the entire process. They quickly evaluated the damage to my car, explained how it needed to be repaired, how long it would take and helped arrange my rental car. Leah updated me on the progress every few days and it was ready when I arrived. And the car looks brand new!

Justin and his team did an excellent job, I was referred to Justin specifically by the Honda dealership in Melbourne Florida. I lived in Iowa when I hit a concrete pole with my Honda Pilot~ the day before it was to be placed on the truck to be shipped to Florida...talk about bad luck! I could not have my regular body shop repair center fix my vehicle and I was pretty worried about where and who would be doing the repairs. I knew nobody here in Palm Bay. Justin was a great person to meet, he not only had the confidence to assure me that I was making an excellent decision to use Gerber Auto Body but he kept me posted each day that my Honda was in his shop.
