After finding myself behind a truck with rocks flying out of the bed, the hood of my Lexus was badly potted. I talked to Shawn and he provided a quote since the damage was not covered by insurance. Picked the car up on Saturaday and the car look like brand new. Justin, the service advisor, who handled my pick up went above and beyond the expected service. So KUDO's to both Shawn and Justin for their exxcellent service and I will highly recommend your operation to my friends and business associates.

The service was great. The only thing I would say that needs work on is calling with updates. I found myself having to call even when my car was done. Otherwise I enjoyed the atmosphere with all the agents and receptionists. They were all a joy to converse with and very friendly.

Just to let you know that we had great service from Justin G. He was very professional and put us at ease. Being from out-of-town it was it was a scary situation. We didn't know what to do or where to go. Our insurance company suggested Gerber's. We were very satisfied with our service and repair results. Justin kept us well informed and up to date on all repairs. Every time I called him he was polite and helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Would recommend Gerber and Justin to friends and family in Florida.

Just like the slogan says, "Highly Wreck-ommended!" Excellent service and work. Car accidents are a major inconvenience especially when there is damage but they minimized it for me. They kept me informed and only had my car for a few days. I appreciate the excellent service and will go back to Gerber for any future needs. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family

My experience with Gerber and the staff was outstanding and professional. The communication from the beginning of the transaction until the end was excellent. I felt so at ease even though my car had undergone a terrible and ugly accident because Justin always reassured me of a positive outcome and of course that my car would look beautiful again.
