My vehicle was scheduled to be repaired at this location by progressive insurance. I reserved a rental car through enterprise while my car was being fixed. Gerber collision made the process of picking up my rental car and returning it super easy. They scheduled a shuttle to take me to pick up my rental when I arrived and even handled returning my rental car once I picked up my vehicle after repair. My vehicle was repaired sooner than anticipated, and looked great when I picked it up. Not only am I satisfied with the service they provided, but the staff at this location was very helpful and gets extra positive ratings for hiring Philadelphia Eagles fans!

I brought my car in for collision work after being in an accident. Gerber was a recommended site with my insurance company, so I decided to bring my car there. I had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Gerber took care of all the paperwork with my insurance, kept me updated every couple of days with the status of my car and had the car done a week faster than they forecasted. They were very professional and brought my car back to original condition in less than a week. Exceptional job done in record time. Highly recommended. I had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location. Kelly at the front desk was responsive, polite, and made scheduling efficient. When my rental car company didn't show up to pick me up as scheduled, she even drove me there herself. Great customer service! My estimator Kelly was equally wonderful, delivering my completed vehicle ahead of schedule. I hope to not need collision repair again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely return to the Melbourne (Hibiscus) Gerber!
