Just wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the excellent human kindness I received from your staff at Gerber Collision in Merrillville Indiana. Mary Therese at the front counter was just a doll. She was very kind to me and my wife and eager to help. At our lowest moment and when our insurance company abandoned us when I thought they should have been there, Store Manager Aaron Hanson, was there. He made us feel human again. His caring and kind words took us from feeling like we were helpless to feeling worthwhile again. He is by far one of the finest people I have ever met and is deserving of a very large raise. I had someone vandalize the passenger side of my 2012 Ford explorer and when i called Aaron he got me in right away and took car of my vehicle the same day. I had my car repaired here a few years back after an accident and decided to take my truck in because the molding on the drivers side came halfway off and was hanging off. I was a little skeptical when I pulled in and saw that it was no longer car collision but decided to go ahead and at least get an estimate. To my wonderful surprise the technician did the work in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Thanks JOE GOETZ, you now have a lifetime customer who will spread the word. Aaron and the staff at the Merrillville Gerber Collision & Glass were fantastic!! Recently had to take my truck in due to hitting an obstruction on I-65 and what could have been a horrible experience was great. The staff went up and above to ensure I was satisfied with the service and my truck came out great. Would recommend to anyone that they should take their car to Gerber, they care about their customers.

On 1/24/13 i brought my car in for collision repair. My car was complete on 2/21/13. Gerber did a good job of keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle until the very end toward completion. I would rate them a 9 on a scale of 1-10.

I would just like to write that Gerber Collision is simply the BEST!! When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told it would be ready in 8 days. My car was ready in 3!!! The work that was done on my vechicle looked just like new. I have a 2009 crossover vehicle and I am very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to anybody and if I ever needed repair, I will definitely go back. Great Job and Don't Stop!!!!!!!
