I was very happy with how Mike at Gerber Collision took care of me and my car. I was kept with updates and phone calls as to the status of the progress of the work being done. Everything was handled I believe the best it could of been handled. I will refer this place to friends and will go back if I need to in future. Awesome work and customer service!!!

From the time I walked in the front door until the time I picked up the car, everyone was very nice and professional. I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle repair. So I just received my car back today. I had hit a deer and had a nice amount of damage that,after gerber was done, looked amazing. I do have a problem with the door not closing, but called and scheduled for them to take a look at it and they were very professional and understanding. The man Julio went thru the claims with me and I wish we would of noticed the door issue, however with everyone there being so wonderful I have no problem going back to have it looked at. Thank you Gerber of Merrillville. You guys have gained a lifetime customer!

A deer recently ran into my Dodge Charger so i brought it in to Merrillville location, they did a wonderful job. My vehicle looks beautiful. Aaron gave me updates often and took great care of my car. Aaron H. the store manager is wonderful and a perfectionist!! The crew there helped me get the things I needed from my car because my arm was in a sling due to my accident! My car looked like it did when I bought it off the sales floor thanks to Gerber!! Thank you to Aaron and his crew for putting my mind at ease that my car was in great hands! Anyone who needs any type of body repair to their car I would only recommend Gerber!
