Everyone at Gerber collision and glass was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk and was taken care of right away. They constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, and received a phone call right when it was completed. I would highly recommend anyone of my friends and family to come to this establishment for any auto repairs in the future.

Sam and Jerry were great. I never wondered what was going on, and they were both very friendly and funny. I didn't worry one bit about my car being taken care of. I would recommend this Gerber location to anyone based on the service those two and the rest of the staff provided. Thank you!

If I could give ten stars, I would everytime to rate the services I received. I came back to Gerber 3 times to take care of my auto repairs and each time I was treated so wonderfully. It's very stressful having to get your car repaired especially when you have two young children like I do, but Gerber always made the experience smooth and hassle free, even when it came to getting a rental car. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and always made sure my questions were addressed right away. I am a repeat customer and the staff was wonderful. The office staff were very friendly and informative. They contacted me along the way with updates. My car was finished earlier than expected and the cost was reasonable. The collision work is top notch. My car is Plum Crazy and they matched the paint perfectly. I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know. It really was a good experience.

Absolutely excellent service and workmanship. Staff was very courteous; was able to make appointments very quickly for the evaluation and the work that needed to be done. The workmanship was superior. My Grand Cherokee repair work looked perfect AND was pleasantly surprised to find my car was detailed when I picked it up. I would use this Gerber location again and would highly recommend them. Five Stars.

The whole experience with Gerber was great. I had an appointment to meet for an estimate and there was no waiting, Kelvin was very courteous and professional and explained everything that needed to be fixed. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and looked great. They even contacted the rental car agency to set up a time to pick me up and notified them when I would be returning the car to them. I had an overall great experience with Gerber Collision.
