Auto was completed when promised and I received updates during the repair process. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Picked me up when car was finished. Staff consulted re: insurance coverage, provided estimates and allowed me to make decisions on repairs with my insurance company.

This is the second time I have been to Gerber in Traverse City and they are upfront and great guys to work with including the office lady she is also great I really like getting the text messages about how the progress is going it makes it nice knowing when your vehicle will be completed. The staff was amazing! I needed to change my appointment many times due to conflicts with my college hockey schedule. Everyone was very understanding and accommodating. The repair was incredible. You would never know there was any damage. Everyone went above and beyond for example, my mom brought my car in and they gave her a loaner through Enterprise. Now how nice is that!!! Thank you again- you folks are awesome.

The customer service was excellent, very friendly and will take the time to explain to you everything that you need. The repair was done in a timely fashion and quicker than they had predicted.
