I would give Gerber Collision 100 stars if I could! Everyone from the front desk to the repair specialists to Trent V. has been amazing and so helpful. The repairs on my car were done quickly and well. Trent kept me very well informed throughout the whole process by email,phone and text. I also appreciate so much how well they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. My car looks brand new! Thank you everyone at Gerber Collision!

They did a good job replacing the seatbelt in my car. There is more tension on the seltbelt now than there was before it got replace. It will retract back into place without any slack sitting behind.

Wow! What a great experience at Gerber! Farmers recommended them and they were not my normal goto body shop but I was open to trying them out. Am I glad I did! The work was done a day early. I am OCD with a really high expectation. 9 out of 10 repair shops/mechanics/contractors disappoint me. I was ready for "the usual". But the work was exemplary! I was so pleased that I went in to thank them personally. Then I got into my car...they had detailed it like brand new! I have seven kids and that car was trashed. Now I want to sleep in it. Hats off to Gerber and their team. I highly recommend!

Time frame was not great. I had my estimate was on 9/13/23. Did not get in for repair until 10/31/23 and got it back 12/15/23. The service was great and all the employes were outstanding.

Each time they've been very helpful, flexible and communicated well with me throughout the process. The vehicle was also ready prior to expectations. I'd recommend this team to everyone.
