This location is amazing! I've been in 2 auto accidents this year and this will always be my location of choice for repairs! Justice is awesome! Extremely detailed and has a passion for her work! I appreciate all the effort and time it took for her to get my parts in and close out my vehicle within 30 days! Super grateful, thank you to all the staff as well, friendly and nice!!

I can't say enough about the excellent work This company did to repair my daughter's Ford Edge. WOW I was blown away when we picked up her vehicle today. It appears they even detailed the exterior of her vehicle. I have to say her 2022 Ford Edge looks even better then the day she picked it up from the dealership.

Gerber repaired a couple of rock chips perfectly and in a timely manner. Brandon provided excellent customer care and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. Don't not go here please the waterford location damaged my car and now they won't fix it I highly recommend someone else this place blamed me even tho the car has been parked because they can't put a bumper on right

They did an awesome job....from the first walk around to assess the damage all the way to my picking up my car. They were friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected ... the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped with getting a loaner car plus getting us a discount. My carvwas cleaner than when i dropped it off....I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Having never been in an accident requiring body work, I didn't know what to expect. I think they did a great job repairing the damage. It looks brand new. It was done in a reasonable time frame, about a week and a half. The people I spoke with were professional and efficient. It did take a couple of days after my scheduled appointment to dropped the car off for them to begin working on it. Since I was renting a car I would have liked to have know they wouldn't get to my car right away and taken two days of rent expenses off. My rental was very inexpensive so it was not a hardship but in the future I will know to ask about real time frames once my appointment date is closer. Overall a good experience and I would go back again in the future.

My husband and I took our SUV to Gerber Collision after hitting a deer. I picked up our vehicle this morning and it looked wonderful. I don't know if it's standard protocol for a collision place to do a thorough interior cleaning of the vehicle but I really appreciated how well they cleaned the interior of my vehicle. The staff were friendly and ready to to help. I would take my vehicle back again in the future if needed!...but hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon! "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might..." Ecclesiastes 9:10- first part of the verse.
