The customer service is fantastic with happy, helpful people who handle everything about the experience with the utmost professionalism from the initial estimate, handling the rental car arrangements to keeping you updated as they work on your vehicle. A great customer experience is so hard to find these days !

My husband's Jeep Renegade was rear-ended by a teenage driver. The bumper had a big wrinkle and some damage that wasn't visible until Gerber removed it. Gerber was one of the collision shops recommended by our insurer, and we would highly recommend them, too. The job was done sooner than promised and the car looks brand new. They washed it, too.
