I can't say thank you enough. What beautiful work these guys did. My car looks better than it did brand new. Along with the collision damage being fixed, THEY WASHED MY CAR & EVEN CLEANED THE INSIDE! I literally have not had time to clean the inside, it means a lot they went that extra mile. Barb, the receptionist in office, absolutely amazing. Worked so well with us, she was so caring & accommodating. I never even saw her in person, yet the service was incredible. Big shout out to the gentleman who was there at 8am on a Monday & 5:30 on Friday for pick up. My car was estimated to take 7 days (no biggie) but it only took 5! I was recommended here by a FEW people, and yup, everyone was right. Amazing business, you guys should be really proud. Will be coming back for any other car damages. Northville location, YOU ARE AMAZING.

Great service! My car looks amazing after hitting a deer. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was clean and vacuumed. There was even some money they found put into my door cubby. I also laughed when I looked in the back seat and they had buckled my stuffed pink gorilla in for safety :) I would absolutely recommend this company!!

I had an outstanding experience with Brad at Gerber Kingsford for the repairs on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It took almost three weeks for the repairs and paint but Brad was very consistent with status updates and kept me fully informed. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who wants to be treated well and have their repairs done right.

This place and the workers are top notch! My experience started with Stephanie.. I had to contact a collision shop within my insurance and she was super friendly and helpful with all my questions, her friendliness and knowledge made me go with them. The mechanic Charles, called me with updates weekly, like he promised to. My vehicle took a bit longer than they anticipated due to parts not being delivered when promised, due to the back orders from the Pandemic and lack of .. well everything. My car looked amazing!! They did a great job! Start to finish.. with no hiccups, they can't control... I highly recommend!
