Just a brief note on the service Gerber Collision & Glass rendered to me in a time of crisis. I never heard of Gerber before, but Allstate recommended them & that's where my vehicle was taken to be repaired. From day 1 all the way to finishing I continuously received a text message to where they were at in the process of repairing my car {from providing an estimate, ordering the door, putting the door on than matching paint to complete}. They offer a professional, courteous & friendly atmosphere & their facility was very welcoming & clean. I didn't have a ride to pick my vehicle up once it was ready & they offered to provide a ride for me to get my vehicle. When I arrived my vehicle was inside washed & sanitized. Our process was seamless. We received text updates on there progress of the car repair. They spoke with our insurance company initially and then again when additional repairs were needed. The car came back to us cleaned and fixed very well. Highly recommend
