This was 1st time experiencing Gerber and was very impressed with build customer service and the attention to detail of how they wash my car before reviewing my damage. They also corrected minor imperfection that was not apart of the accident .

We could not be more pleased with the service we received at Gerber Collision in Clinton Township, MI. We took our car there for repair after my husband hit a deer. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. We received our car back a week earlier than their estimated time to fix the damage. That is amazing considering the shop told us when we took the car in that they may have to tow our car to another one of their facilities because they were overloaded with work at the time. Now that is service! We appreciated the updates from the technician as to where they were in the process of fixing our vehicle. We will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to friends and family. They are outstanding in every way!
