They made everything easy and fast. Everyone there is very helpful, friendly and efficient. The valet service was very helpful. Notice something different when my car was returned to me. I called to speak to someone and they did not hesitate to fix the issue. I'm so happy I dealt with this company made my life so much easier. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

UPDATE!! Gerber replaced the missing part for me and has told us to bring our car back and they will buff out the "orange peel" look on the paint job. Makes me happy that they followed up on our issues. So glad they will stand behind their work!! Thank you, Gerber Collision of Rockford!!

The job was done as promised and I even got it back before I expected it to be finished. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because I have to return becasue my door locks didn't work with the button in the door handle. I waited about 30 minutes and all it needed was to be reprogrammed. This should have been checked prior to returning my vehicle to me. They also cleaned the interior.
