I brought my 2019 Equinox to Gerber at the recommendation of my Insurance Co after I hit a stop sign on vacation. I had never had collision so I had no idea what to expect. Mike looked over the front end damage, printed an estimate, and we made an appointment to drop the car off when the parts came in. Car was done in 9 working days ! (a week earlier than the estimate) Mike had given me a call one week in for an update once they got a good look inside. It was returned to me clean and the (blue) paint is perfect! Kudos to the paint Tech! Very happy with my (like new) car.

I had hit a deer I took it to Gerber Collision off of Hammond and Rochester Hills. My vehicle is beautiful. They did a fantastic job. An employee who is kept me updated with emails and address any and every issue. I asked if you go to her name is Nicole C. and amazing lady to work with issues on your vehicle, most places most places most places rate an employee between one and 10 Nicole gets a 20 thanks again Gerber Collision very happy

Outstanding end-to-end service! I was able to get the appointment for the estimate literally the next day I reported the claim with Allstate, even though they were super busy. Brian (the technician who assisted me) showed great attention to detail; he answered all my questions, explaining what was going to be done and why, as well as the options. He then explained the (detailed) documentation to me, as I received it. While the car was being serviced, I received text updates TWICE a week, giving me an estimate for completion timeframe. In the end, the car was done one day earlier! And was spotless I may add: they even cleaned the interior mats. In short: this is textbook excellent customer service. Many thanks!
