Paul C. was my service advisor for my vehicle and repaired my car around the original estimate date. There was some miscommunication among the damages to the body, and the car was almost done a week earlier, so I understand Mr. C. went above and beyond in regards to my car's repair. Overall service outside of Mr. C. was also phenomenal

Great experience. Barb P. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the whole process and made the whole interaction pleasant and simple. Barb kept us updated about our repairs and took care of all our insurance questions, paperwork and payments. We received our car back before the estimated time of completion and work is definitely high quality. I would highly recommend anyone in need of collision repairs come see barb and the rest of the team at Gerber in Southfield.

I RECENTLY HAD MY CAR HIT AT WORK BY A SEMI. HE TORE THE HOLE FRONT BUMPER OFF THE DAY BEFORE I WENT ON VACATION. I CALLED GERBER AND ACTUALLY WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE GENERAL MANAGER (JOE M). HE WAS ABLE TO WRITE A ROUGH ESTIMATE WITH ONLY PICTURES FROM MY PHONE. I WAS ABLE TON SEND THAT ESTIMATE TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND GO ON VACATION WITH PEACE OF MIND KNOWING MY CAR WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I GOT HOME. THE BUSINESS WAS WELL KEPT AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COLLISION SHOP TO ANYONE IN NEED AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. 5 STARS!!

Gerber Collision did an amazing job with the repair and not only that, they constantly kept me up-to-date with what was going on while they had my vehicle. I have to say, my favorite part is that they clean the inside and outside of your car before returning it to you! I had a bad year of car accidents myself with two damages and Gerber Collision is my go to choice from now on.
