Wonderful work! The service tech even went out in the freezing cold to rub some yellow marker paint off a signal light. Also, somehow I forgot my cell phone and left it in the loaner the day I picked up my car. Barb ran out to the loaner, retrieved it and hand-carried it to me the next day when I stopped to pick it up so I wouldn't have to get out in the cold. Employees like Gerber has keep customers like me coming back.

On December 8, 2016, while driving my wife to a Doctor's appointment, I was involved in a rear end collision while stopped at a traffic light.. My vehicle was still drivable so I brought it to my local Gerber Collision in Washington, Twp. Because of the extent of the damage the sent it to a larger Gerber in Clinton Twp. At each location the people were pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable and eager to help me. This applies to both the store in Washington and especially the Clinton Twp location. The staff was courteous, polite and professional. The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant and understanding of my concern; most especially the lady that was assigned to me and kept me informed of the repair process weekly. I worked with Mike, and man talking about 5 Star customer Service!! He is so wonderful, professional, kind, great communicator and simply Gentle Man!! I was so fortunate to work with him and I have written reviews about his service on Yelp and Google and here and I will again if I need happily ! The staff are very sweet and nice as well, just the place to go when you are so down about your situation and problem!!! Chose Gerber because my insurance company guaranteed their work. My experience with this company was outstanding. They called with updates as promised, kept me informed during the process and completed the work on time. Added bonus...my car was spotless inside and out. They even put air in the tires, which weren't damaged. Service beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this provider.

Gerber Collision is top notch from the top down. The facility is spotless which I believe says a lot about a business. My estimator Brian, was fast, friendly and professional with the resulting fees more than reasonable for the work performed. The gal at the write-up counter was also very professional, fast and efficient. She bent over backwards to make sure everything went as smooth and seamless as possible. Finally, the work they performed on my car was absolutely perfect in every way plus they had detailed my car inside and out including the wheels. It looked like a brand new car! Your car is the second biggest asset you will ever own. I strongly recommend Gerber Collision for any and all auto body repairs.

i had my replacement windshield done in Oregon before shipping it here. somehow a gouged mark was incurred during the repairs. i noticed it and experienced flashbacks of my accident i seemed angry, but i just knew it had to be perfect, the tech noted my concerns and the windshield was replaced without question the very next day ..THANK YOU GERBER AND KEITH!!!
