Gerber Collision was recommended by Amica to repair my driver side door. We had a driver pull out of their parking space, directly into my car, while we were waiting for a parking space. Not having a lot of time and being highly frustrated, we went into Gerber Collision hoping to get my car fixed back to the way it was before. Keith at Gerber in Ann Arbor was polite, thorough, and listened to how I felt about wanting the paint color and everything to look the same as it did before. They fixed my car, as promised, in a timely manner. They called to update me when my car was being painted and that it was on schedule. As far I can tell, my car looks just as good as new. Thanks, Gerber Collission of Ann Arbor! That's some of the best customer service I've had in awhile, in addition to that of Enterprise Rent-A-Car down the road.

I would like to start by saying THANK YOU!!! As anyone who has needed a vehicle repaired after an accident knows the hassle that can incur in the aftermath. Gerber collision and glass, and our insurance company took away all the troublesome dealings. My wife, and I couldn't be happier with the service, and friendly staff! Our car looks amazing! All the work was done in a timely manner, and from the looks of the vehicle perfection was achieved. I will refer anyone who needs similar work to them from now on. Thank you once more!

Very impressed with the service. Estimator was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything that was to be done. Went over the vehicle when it was done. The shop is very clean. My vehicle was cleaner inside and out then When I brought it in. I have already told all my friends how pleased I was with Gerber.

I was very concerned about how my car would look. The car has only 2375 miles on it. I was sick over the damage, but Gerber made it look just like new. The rear bumper was replaced and painted. You would never know the difference. The color and finish are perfect. Great service too.

I had the best customer experience with Erica D. She was very cheerful as soon as we met, and explained the entire process very well to me. I had a few concerns regarding time and she updated me every step of the way, letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. My 8 day fix turned into half of that!
