The staff and Mgr at this location were friendly, professional and very helpful. They handled my repair and fixed my door within a week. The driver's handle was broken off in an attempt to steal it from my driveway. They kept me informed. My door looks brand new. I would definitely refer them.

This shop was wayyyy better than a previous Gerber shop i've been too. They had great communication on when my vehicle was being worked on and finish. They finished the work pretty quickly and the staff was very friendly. I would much so recommend this shop for repairs!

This is the only place I will ever take my car to. Someone hit my car a couple months back. They took care of me the whole time! Kept me up with the knowledge of everything that was going on. I got my car back and noticed something going wrong with the AC and other stuff. They had me taken care of from start to finish and even after! I will never take my car anywhere. As a woman I have experienced being taken advantage of in this industry. However, that is NOT how I was treated here. They walked me through everything g from start to finished. Personally showed me what was wrong and had second and third opinions for it from multiple other shops. I can't believe the care they show their customers. I am thankful to the team and their Manager Jedd! They also have a front staff, I'm sorry I forgot her name, that is warm and welcoming on the ... phone and in person! It is difficult being in the customer service industry , but they do a heck of a job with smiles on all of their faces! Love it! Thank you! read more

The staff was professional and treated me with respect. They repaired my vehicle to like new condition and returned it clean. Through the process I was contacted and received updates on my repair. The cost of repair was what the estimate was. My car was repaired in a timely manner. Hopefully I won't need body work again, but if the need should arise, I will be going back to Gerber Collision in Imperial, MO. Thanks!
