The collision center was awesome. Loved that they detailed the outside of the vechile. The vechile was only 6 weeks old and had a visit to upstate NY, only thing that would have been super over the top would have been a vaccine inside. Do not get me wrong loved the service and got more then I expected, great service. High 5!

He clarified matters for me, and got the insurance company to pay for a rental car, which had been promised but had been left off the estimate. I am extremely pleased with the repairs on my 2003 Malibu. My steering had gone out and I crashed into a fence. The passenger side and front headlight area were badly damaged. After I had the mechanical repairs made, Gerber took over to do the body repairs. I was given a very reasonable quote on cost and they kept me up date on how the repairs were going. They finished the work even sooner than the time I was given. The customer service and the work, in my opinion, was exceptional. I would gladly refer my friends any time they may need body work done.

I brought my vehicle in, was given an estimate, on both cost & time of repair, my vehicle was repaired as promised at the estimated cost, and it was ready for me, fully repaired, on the date & time I was originally told. Absolutely as good an experience as you could ever expect when it comes to auto repair, and I highly recommend both Gerber & Danny.
