Kacy and all the associates at Gerber were attentive and professional. We were kept up to date as to the progress of our vehicle with estimated time for pick up a day earlier than expected. It was nice to have a rental car company next door who works well with Gerber. We will definitely return if we have further needs!

Very quick but quality work, and they kept me updated every step of the process. They even stayed late past closing so I could pick up my car even though I said I'd be ok getting it the next morning. Great customer service!

I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone. Looks like a very good job and was done sooner than projected. Praying I never need this type of service again, but if I do, Gerber will be my choice. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing collision work.

I've used Gerber previously and always have had an excellent experience, and this visit was no exception. Kacy B. kept me updated and aware of the repairs regularly and answered any questions that I might have. I don't feel as though I have to "chase" numbers since they are competitive and always do a great job.
