She also did an outstanding job communicating with me with progress updates. Aveline, who sets-up appointments, reviews billing, and also provided several updates was extremely professional and cheerful. I appreciate the excellent teamwork at Gerber!

Outstanding service and quality work from the very first time I brought the vehicle in. Gerber in Mooresville worked especially hard to meet specific timing, even after they found more extensive damage once the car was in the shop. The scheduling software said the repair would require and extra week and a half, but the staff was great in understanding my needs and ensuring that I could get the car back for some critical holiday travel -- they really saved me by cutting 5 working days off the estimated time and returning my car early. And it is beautiful! I highly recommend Gerber in Mooresville, NC.
