AVELINE; AMELIA AND ENTIRE STAFF WERE GREAT. I WAS INFORMED ALL THE WAY AND MY TRUCK WAS RETURNED TO ME MUCH EARLIER THAN I EXPECTED. MAY I SAY THE WORK LOOKS PERFECT. MY TRUCK WAS RETURNED TO ME CLEAN. AND YES I AM 100% SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I WILL RECOMMEND GERBER TO EVERYONE. IT IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WORKING WITH AN AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP. This shop is staffed with professionals at every level. My visit started with input from the estimator, manager, body technician and painter to make sure that the work on my vehicle would meet my high standards. I was kept informed on a daily basis as the repair status changed. I was provided with photos of work in progress and I received an update regarding the spray-out cards for the base color on the work being performed so I would know what my color match was going to look like. I always knew what was going on with my vehicle and I always knew I had taken the vehicle to the right place. I never had any doubts that the results would be anything less than PERFECT and that is EXACTLY what I got. The body tech and painter are both long-time professionals and their work shows it! The office staff made me feel like family. If you are ... anywhere near Iredell county or the Lake Norman area, there is NO other choice for TOP QUALITY paint & body work at competitive prices. This is the third vehicle that I have had repair work completed on with this same organization in a span of 17 years and at least half of the same staff and management is still there. From everything I see the job was done well repairing my van. I have no complaints. Everybody was friendly, helpful and the job was done on time. I was text commenting on the progress and was informed all the way. The car rental was accross the driveway making everything handy. I give you all an A +. I was slow replying because I put your brochure in my glovebox and kept forgetting to bring in to reply.

Sabas O. and Amelia H. exceeded my exceptions after I wrecked my truck. When I first contacted Gerber Collision, I was a little took back on how easy it was for me. I then opted to go with custom (Cheaper and better) parts and Sabas and the Tech walked me through each step of the process to make sure I understood it. I was literately blown away by the customer service that Amelia and Sabas provided me. Often times we have bad experiences, not with these two representatives at Gerber. I have since recommended them to employees I work with. Thanks guys.
