The body work was great. The customer service is great too. The only bad thing is the Toyota emblem on the front bumper looks like it's about to come off. But other than that, the body work, paint, n customer service were good. I would recommend anybody to true2form.

I was very pleased with my experience with True2Form, Morganton. The work done to my car was perfect. I have no reservations about returning there if I ever have any other insurance claims. The staff that I was in contact with were very polite and friendly. I was happy to receive courtesy calls concerning the progress on my car, as well as the pictures and emails. I appreciated the extra mile they went in cleaning my car, even the front of the interior. All the way down to the bag of goodies that was left for me. Thank you for your time and hard work. My mother (Debbie Patton) is the one who had most of the direct contact with True2Form. The only contact I had was the initial appointment set up. They were very helpful by allowing me to fax the insurance information to them as well as them faxing me the page my mother needed to review and sign. That expedited and simplified the process. As for my mother, she said she is incredibly satisfied. She said the car looks great-- possibly even better than when she purchased it which says a lot because it is only about 3.5 months old!
