We would like to take a few moments to say "Thank you" to a company who cares about who they hire to be their representatives. The staff, in particular, Traci and Scott are outstanding. We ran an office for 25 years and having such a staff was always our goal. The importance to have people that are caring when one is emotionally spent from an accident, we now know to be a vital component. The workmanship put into our car repairs and the follow up are superior to none. While there, the market manager, Jeff Chillemi, happened to be there and was concerned about our experience. His caring and sincerity also impressed us. We shared these thoughts with him as well. There cant be another car company like you. I love to come to you because I can see that you can put yourself in my place and work with me accordingly. You take such consideration with me. Not only did you do beautiful work on my car, but also Rick gave me a galleon of gas to get to the gas station. That was going that extra mile, we could even be friends! :). In other words, you all are so friendly and easy to talk to. I could just stant beside your work station for an hour or two. I hated to drive my devastatingly attacked car onto the dirt toad where I live, I just bought new tires and it is fitting that they should be dolled up. Thanks for everything and respectfully for the front light. They look beautiful!
