Outstanding customer service from the moment of my first phone call! Paul was extremely helpful informing me exactly what was going to happen with my car's repairs and when they would be done. He also gave me the option as to how many times I would prefer to be updated. I didn't have a ride to where I needed to be after I dropped off my car and the staff was more than happy to give me a lift a few miles away. I was never worried one time about leaving my car with Gerber and it was actually ready before the day promised. My car looks just as good as when I bought it, if not better! It also drives very well, no problems whatsoever a month later. 5 star quality all around. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass for taking care of me and my car!

I brought my car to the Munster location today, and was very impressed with the service I received on my vehicle. Not only did they replace the passenger side mirror but they also buffed out the side of the vehicle that caught my garage wall (Oopsie) and washed the inside and outside of my car. It's like I have a new used vehicle. I highly Wreck-ommend Gerber to all my friends, family and clients. The service I received today was outstanding. Thank you.

Before coming to Gerber, I had a bad experience with another company that failed to repair my car properly after two attempts. Upon my initial inquiry phone call with the Gerber in Munster, IN I encountered excellent customer service from Paul Buddell. I spoke with him over the phone and based on our conversation I brought my car in for an estimate. Paul was very thorough and straight forward and very respectful. I was able to schedule the repairs quickly with Melissa, who also was very personable and exhibited excellent customer service. I was offered a rental car, free of charge, while the car was being worked on, which was an extremely big stress reliever. Initially, I was told that the car was to take 3 days for the repair, and to my surprise the car was complete in just 1 day and looks great. And I very much appreciated the text ... messages.
