I've been coming to this location for years. Tonya H is the best in customer service. This is the best body shop in Nashville and has been for the past 10 years. Will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Three years ago, when it was Auto Art, we had a small job done on our 2012 Nissan Quest. They reattached a body panel for about $130. Recently, the body panel came loose again, and I figured another $130 to put it back was fine. Upon calling, I found out that they are no longer Auto Art and made the appointment to get it looked at and possibly fixed that same visit. Well, they fixed it right away during the initial appointment and get this!...they fixed it for free! No way I thought, nor expected, Gerber to fix it for free especially since it was Auto Art who had done the work. Wow! You can bet I'll use them for any other service in the future.
