Everything about Gerber Collision and Glass was great and phenomenal. The service could not have been any better and repair was on point. First, they made sure I was up to date on everything that was going on and was not left worrying about the progress of my vehicle. I got a call about once a week and was never left behind. Second, the people and environment around here is exceptional and I have never dealt with a collision company that is more determined to help fix your issues. They are committed until the very end and will not disappoint. It is because of the way they serviced me that I will help them in the future by referring the business to other people. Without them I am not sure how long this process would take. All in all, there is no better collision company than Gerber Collision and Glass. Dropped off my wife's Lexus at 10AM today to have side mirror housing replaced. It was damaged in parking lot incident. Less than 3 hours later I received phone call from Erika (Estimator) that car was ready to pick up. I asked if she had called the right customer, when I asked her the total charges I was amazed again. It was half of what was expected. Asked her again if she had called the right person. Picked up car and wife is thrilled as I am because of the bill. Thanks to all.
